Manželství a potomci
The 2. února 1429Bernard II. Se oženil s princeznou Adelaide (zemřel v roce 1445), dcerou vévody Bogusława VIII. Z Pomořanska a Sophie z Holštýnska . Mají dvě děti:
- John V (1439-1507), vévoda Saxea-Lauenbourg;
- Sophie (zemřel v roce 1473), ženatý s vévodou Gérard de Juliers-Berg .
