Rodina Lippens
Rodina Lippensů je rodina belgické šlechty původem z Moerbeke-Waes , která po několik generací působí v politickém a ekonomickém životě země. Během XIX th a XX -tého století, mnoho z jeho členů byli ministři, guvernéři a starostové.
Rodina Lippens byla zušlechtěna v roce 1921 a v roce 1936 získala hraběcí titul v osobě Maurice Lippensa. Titul nese nejstarší a přenáší se dědičně podle pořadí mužského prvorozenství, ostatní členové rodiny jsou panoši . Někteří členové rodiny také nesou titul hraběte nebo barona, tito měli prospěch z ušlechtilých laskavostí udělených panovníkem.
Zbraně jsou Lippens of mouths chevron acc. ze tří draků bez past vložených do bledého, celého zlata . Existují variace podle různých odvětví, ke kterým členové rodiny patří.
Lippenové jsou v obchodním světě známí svými podíly na některých významných klenotech belgické ekonomiky, jako jsou Fortis , GBL , Finasucre , Suez nebo dokonce na Compagnie du Zoute . Patří jim také spousta pozemků, zejména v obci Knokke-Heist, která jim vzdala poctu křtem své hlavní tepny Avenue Lippens .
